Federal Commissioner, Public Complaint Commission in Rivers State, Marshal Israel who spoke when he led his team on a visit to the borders said allowing the officers without PPE will not only expose them but also majority of Rivers people to the virus.
Israel said the number of persons the security operatives interface with on a daily basis makes it necessary for them to be protected to avoid possible spread of the coronavirus.
