A nongovernmental organization known as Social Action says the Hydrocarbon Pollution Restoration component of the cleanup exercise should have been put in place already.
A representative of the group, KEN HENSHAW gave this indication during an interactive session with newsmen in Port Harcourt.
He said Social Action also wants the Federal government to develop a plan for the implementation process through a legislation to avoid hitches.
