Manchester United’s Earps won the Golden Glove award for best goalkeeper as England reached the final in August.
Spain’s World Cup winner Catalina Coll and West Ham’s Australia keeper Mackenzie Arnold are also in contention for the women’s prize.
Ederson, Yassine Bounou and Thibaut Courtois are vying for the men’s award.
The winners will be announced at The Best Fifa Football Awards 2023 on 15 January 2024 in London.
