Finebone who said this while speaking to today fm in his office in Port Harcourt yesterday said anyone who commit offence must be made to face the wrath of the law.
The commissioner also dismissed comments that the executive order twenty one signed by the Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike will instigate violence ahead of the forthcoming election.
