The Police Zonal Chief also talked tough against persons who are still engaging in criminal activities in the zone, warning that such persons and their sponsors would not go free.
MARAFA called for cooperation from the Rivers State government and members of the public to deal with the issue of crime and criminals.
He equally assured that the welfare of police personnel in the state and across other states under the Police Zone Six Command would be given due attention as a motivation to fight crimes.
After the media briefing at the Rivers State Police Command, the Assistant Inspector General of Police moved to the secretariat of the Rivers State Council Traditional Rulers where he called on the traditional rulers and other stakeholders to support security agencies in the fight against criminality.
