A Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt has sentenced two men to eight months in prison for stealing.
Our correspondent reports that MICHEAL OKORO and OGBONNAYA MILA were accused of stealing the property of one OKECHUKU OKORO at Rumuduru axis of Eneka in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area.OKORO and MILA had pleaded guilty to a three-count charge against them, and appealed to the court for leniency. However; Senior Magistrate D.N WANJOKU who presided over the matter, ordered both men to serve eight months in jail at the Port Harcourt prisons.
