However; the defence team led by PAUL EROKORO, has disclosed that his client intends to enter a no-case submission, when the resumes.
EROKORO was speaking to newsmen in Abuja at the end of proceedings yesterday.
On his part; the lead prosecution counsel, ROTIMI JACOBS, insisted the Senator SARAKI has a case to answer.
The Code of Conduct Tribunal would resume on 8th June when it is expected to entertain Senator SARAKI’s no-case submission.
