The plaintiffs are demanding that the court award damages against PHED over alleged breach on an agreement they signed with the management of the company.
Our correspondent reports that when the matter was mentioned before Justice OGBUJI of the Port Harcourt High Court, there was no representative for PHED; following which it was adjourned to 30th May for mention.
Outside the court; one of the plaintiffs, PRINCE ONUKWUGHA told newsmen that the electricity company had denied them the right to enjoy public power supply for about a year.
