President BARROW gave the assurance after a meeting in the capital, Banjul with the European Union Commissioner for International Co-operation and Development, NEVEN MIMICA.
The move is in keeping with one of BARROW’s campaign promises, which effectively reverses a previous decision by exiled former leader, YAHYA JAMMEH.
The former President, who was forced to step down after twenty-two years in power, had denounced the ICC for the persecution and humiliation of people of colour, especially Africans.
