The group said its Akuma Strike Force team carried out the attack launched at about 11:30 PM on Saturday night.
The claim is yet to be independently verified or officially confirmed, while the new militant group is threatening further destruction in the Niger Delta region.
In a statement distributed through electronic mail, the NDGJM insisted on its rejection of the ongoing engagement of the Federal Government with the aggrieved Niger Delta people through Chief EDWIN CLARK.
The Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate said it was not opposed to a genuine dialogue between the Federal Government and real representatives of the Niger Delta region.
The group said it was collecting names from the various nations that make up the Niger Region for a sincere and equitable representation of the various interests.
