The Campaign Chairman of the APC for the rerun legislative elections in Rivers State, SAMPSON NGRIGBARA, said the decision to postpone the rally is in honour of slain human rights activist, KEN ATSUWETE.
According to a statement obtained by our correspondent, the Rivers APC urged its members to remain calm and law-abiding, just as it challenged the security agencies to get to the root of the murder of KEN ATSUWETE.
