The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, disclosed this in a statement.
He said Buhari, who will be the Special Guest of Honor at the event, will join other world leaders and organizations to rejoice with the people of Liberia at the event.
Those expected to accompany the President on his trip includes; the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama and Director-General, National Intelligence Agency Ambassador Ahmed Abubakar.
The President is expected back in the country later today.
