Today Fm gathered that most of the roads in the state capital were deserted as on Saturday and Sunday as most residents stayed at home in fear of the unknown.
Some residents in Owerri, told Today Fm’s Chinedu Iwunna that they are living in fear and are now more careful with their movements.
