One of the leaders of the Diobu Vigilante group, Prince Amatari who confirmed the development to our correspondent said they received a distress call about robbery activities going on around Iloabuchi-Molumba Street in Mile two Diobu Port Harcourt after which they quickly responded and apprehended the criminals.
He said the criminals alongside their weapons have been handed over to the police.
Earlier, a lady who was allegedly ambushed by the armed criminals narrated how she was robbed at gunpoint by the gang in front of her compound.
