A group, the Niger Delta Liberation Force - NDLF Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Zone has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Chief Dennis Otuaro as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program, saying he is a square peg in a square hole.

Leader of the group, Ambassador Kelly Rufus at a media conference in Egbema, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA of Rivers State, expressed confidence in the ability of Chief Dennis Otuaro to turn around the fortunes of the Presidential Amnesty Program following his track record.

"Being a full blooded Ijaw son who has been around his people and know their various  we are confident that you will use your new office to turn around the fortunes of the Presidential Amnesty Program and revamp it to realize its founding purpose and vision", he said.

Kelly Rufus also noted the leadership of the NDLF led by its national leader, Ambassador Sobomabo Jackrich was pleased with the appointment of Chief Dennis Otuaro, saying the move was indicative of President Bola Tinubu's commitment to the good of the Niger Delta. 

He appealed to the new Presidential Amnesty Program boss to address all lingering issues involving exclusion of some ex-agitators, and every other situation that have impeded the progress of the program, in order to foster peace and development in the region.

The group further called on stakeholders and all ex-agitators of the Niger Delta to give their support the new Presidential Amnesty boss to enable him succeed.
