ANOTHER ROUND OF EBOLA OUTBREAK ROCKS DR CONGO
There has been another round of Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo, which is reported to have claimed the lives of thirty-three people.
The latest outbreak of the highly-infections virus comes weeks after the Congolese government had announced that a separate flare-up had been contained.
The Health Ministry said dozens of Ebola cases have been recorded in the north east of the country, where fighting between militia groups forced more than a million people to flee.
These latest deaths come after an outbreak in the north west of the country, which also killed thirty-three people, was declared over.
The World Health Organisation, WHO has warned the DRC Ebola outbreak, is at the top of the scale in terms of difficulty responding because of the country’s tropical climate.
