Rivers State Police Command Declares Eight Persons Wanted Over Mgbuoshimini Massacre

Eight persons have been declared wanted by the police in connection with the killing of fifteen people at Mgboshimini community in Obio-Akpor Local Government Area of the State.

Those on the wanted list of the State Police Command are between the age of nineteen and twenty-five years, including three from Obio-Akpor, four from Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni, and one from Andoni.
The suspects are also linked to the recent murder of Chief MINIKWU of Mgbuoshimini, which is responsible of the upsurge of cult violence in the community.
Our correspondent VICTOR EZEAMA reports that the Police Public Relations Officer, NNAMDI OMONI, made the announcement during a media briefing at the Command Headquarters in Port Harcourt.
The PPRO called for public support to apprehend the suspected killer cultists, although the command is not offering any reward on their heads.
