US raise hopes of diplomatic engagements with North Korea.
United States Defence Secretary JAMES MATTIS has raised hope of solving the faceoff with North Korea through diplomacy.
MATTIS gave the assurance after days of fiery rhetoric from both the US and North Korea, warning that war would be catastrophic.
This comes after the authorities in Pyongyang yesterday announced intention to unveil plan to fire four missiles near the US territory of Guam.
President DONALD TRUMP had previous warned that North Korea should be very, very nervous if it acted against the US.
TRUMP said the regime would be in trouble like few nations have ever been if they do not get their act together.
